La crèmerie
The Laughing Cow is a brand of processed cheese products made by Fromageries Bel. They are located in Paris, France.
Babybel Cheese is a french version of Dutch Edam Cheese. It is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow milk.
The cheese is a blend of cream, milk and fresh and aged cheeses, particularly comté, which are pasteurized to stop the ripening process. Versatile and portable because of its pasteurization process, Laughing Cow can remain unrefrigerated for a limited length of time.
Mild, but not weak. Strong, but not overbearing. BabyBel Cheese was originally launched in France in 1977. But today over 75% of Babybel Cheese is eaten outside of the country provided it is available in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia. Babybel is known for its unique packaging which consists of a netted bag in which each piece of Babybel cheese is encased in wax, and they are also Kosher.
Babybel is offered in 8 different flavors; Original, Light, Sharp Cheddar, White Cheddar, Gouda, Bonbel, Mozzarella, and Sharp Original. The different flavors of Babybel come in different colored wrappers that directly correspond to the flavor
Personally I enjoy the taste of Babybel cheese, it is like a firmer mozzarella cheese with a slightly different taste. It is known for its mild-tasteless taste and is enjoyed by many. It can be eaten plain, with crackers, or chopped up in a salad. But it is designed to be a quick and yummy snack eaten plain. Unfortunatly Babybel cheese was not present during the testing process, so it was not rated by the class, but due to its popularity in America, it is assumed that it would receive an overall well reception from the class and an average ranking of 4
Babybel cheese is exclusively offered by the brand Laughing Cow. Laughing cow offers Babybel cheese all over the world and can be easily found in many common grocery stores in the cheese section.
